What you will do:
Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations.
Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned Assists in managing production and distribution of aggregates material Directing the work of hourly employees Set production schedules Assist in equipment efficiency to maximize production Help ensure the quality of the material What you'll need:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Mining.
OR 5 years of mining experience in an aggregate environment.
Knowledge of mine design preferred Ability to think analytically and solid math skills to perform analysis Solid computer skills including MS Office products Excellent oral and written communication skills This job requires individuals to walk distances, walking on rough surfaces and sitting Complies with all federal, state and local guidelines.
Prompt, regular and predictable attendance The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders and catwalks up to 60 feet as required and lift weights up to 60 pounds.
The ability to work in a varied outdoor environment (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy) The above statements describe the general nature and responsibilities of the position.
